Cold spray creates large structures with minimal
size constraints from titanium, steel, and more,
comparable to the properties of cast or forged
parts with shorter lead time and less waste.
STRUCTURES
Produce stronger, lighter, thinner and
corrosion-resistant near-net shape faceplates –
with reduced welding, assembly and lead times.
TOOLING
Create complex, freeform ballistics protection
from multiple metals or titanium to produce
larger, lighter, more versatile armour.
BALLISTICS SHIELDING
C O A T I N G & R E P A I R
A P P L I C A T I O N S
Heat-resistant layers, electrical conductivity, anti-fouling
properties, and antibacterial surfaces, all achievable with
significant thickness, no thermal distortion, unlimited size
capacity, and on-site application.
FUNCTIONAL COATINGS
Apply corrosion-resistant materials such as titanium,
aluminium, zinc, and nickel to new or existing parts,
enhancing their lifespan in corrosive environments across
marine, chemical, and oil and gas applications.
CORROSION
Protect moulds, handling equipment, and more from wear,
and replace hard chrome coatings
WEAR RESISTANCE
Refurbish engines without heat to restore and protect
components, enhancing durability and performance with a
cost- effective, easy to use solution.
ENGINE REMANUFACTURING
Build and incorporate electronic sensors directly into parts,
providing hard-wearing and anti-corrosion analytical sensors
for offshore oil and gas, subterranean piping and more.
EMBEDDED SENSORS
Rapidly repair metal parts, restoring them to working order
in applications across aerospace, mining, defense,
boilermaking and more. Spray metal in seconds, so your
coating & repair applications can restore parts in minutes.
REPAIRS
Cold spray accelerates metal powders to supersonic
speeds, carried by air or nitrogen. As the powders exit the
nozzle, they collide and mechanically bond to the surface
and each other. As millions of powder particles collide every
minute, they quickly build up strong, high-adhesion layers
of metal to create coatings or free-form, 3D parts. Unlike
traditional manufacturing methods like casting or forging,
the particles don’t need to melt to be bonded together. This
results in several significant capabilities, including:
▪ Parts are made to a near-net shape, reducing the
amount of material that needs to be removed from the
part by up to 90%, significantly reducing material
costs.
▪ As the metals aren’t melted, cumulative thermal stress
is mitigated and an inert environment is not needed,
enabling Titomic to manufacture parts with minimal
size constraints.
▪ Metals with different melting points are still able to be
combined into a single, seamless part, such as
aluminium and titanium, steel and copper, and much
more. This allows manufacturers to leverage the
strengths of multiple metals in a single part or coating.

Chairman & CEO Letter
Dear Shareholders,
The United States and its allies are rebuilding sovereign manufacturing capacity in response to heightened national
security demands, propulsion modernization, naval sustainment expansion, semiconductor capacity constraints, and
critical infrastructure resilience requirements. The U.S. Department of War has made clear that industrial availability
and speed of production are now strategic imperatives.
Titomic operates directly within this transformation.
We are building production-scale cold spray manufacturing and sustainment capability inside the U.S. and allied
defense industrial base to improve readiness, reduce lead times, and strengthen sovereign supply chains.
Titomic provides manufacturing and sustainment capacity at speed.
THE INDUSTRIAL CONSTRAINT
Modern propulsion systems, naval platforms, semiconductor manufacturing equipment, and critical infrastructure
increasingly depend on long-lead casting and forging supply chains that cannot meet current operational timelines.
Availability is now as important as performance.
Titomic Kinetic Fusion™ (TKF™) enables the production and sustainment of mission-critical metal components without
melting, reducing dependency on constrained supply chains and enabling repair-over-replace economics.
FROM QUALIFICATION TO PRODUCTION
Modern defense and semiconductor supply chains continue to experience long lead times associated with casting and
forging dependencies. Titomic Kinetic Fusion™ (TKF™) enables production and sustainment of mission-critical metal
components without melting, reducing supply chain exposure and enabling repair-over-replace economics.
During the period, Titomic advanced multiple programs along a defined pathway:
Qualification → Low Rate Initial Production (LRIP) → Production → Sustainment
Key milestones include:
• Successful hot fire validation of a solid rocket motor thrust chamber for a major U.S. defense prime
• Execution of a USD $1.7 million Early Manufacturing Development contract in Huntsville
• Transition of semiconductor manufacturing validation programs into Low Rate Initial Production
• Ukrainian Army confirmation of successful TKF™ 523 near peer fighting repair capabilities.
• Expansion of corrosion repair and sustainment programs aligned with naval and energy infrastructure operators
• Execution of a NASA Space Act agreement supporting aerospace manufacturing integration
These programs demonstrate repeatability and progression toward production-scale deployment.
Why Customers Adopt Titomic
Customers adopt Titomic because operational readiness increasingly depends on:
Speed – delivery in weeks rather than months
Availability – repair near the point of need
Quality – high structural integrity with no phase change/high temperature distortion
Resilience – domestic manufacturing capability
The result is repair-over-replace economics while improving uptime of mission-critical systems.
This value proposition aligns directly with current defense industrial policy priorities.
SCALING INSIDE THE DEFENSE INDUSTRIAL BASE
In 2025, Titomic established Huntsville, Alabama as its Global Headquarters, positioning our primary expansion inside
the U.S. defense industrial base. We also established a brand-new highly automated factory in Heerenveen, Holland
ideally positioned to support the key European markets.
We strengthened our balance sheet and aligned our capital strategy with U.S. industrial expansion priorities, including
submission of a preliminary business plan under the EXIM Bank “Make More in America” initiative to support domestic
manufacturing scale-up.
These initiatives are designed to accelerate production capacity — not research activity — and align directly with our
industrial platform strategy.
OUR PEOPLE
Titomic’s strategy requires deep operational, manufacturing and defense domain expertise.
At year-end 2025, Titomic employed 83 full-time personnel globally, with expanded engineering, manufacturing and
program execution teams in Huntsville, Heerenveen and Melbourne.
During the period, we strengthened leadership across manufacturing and regional operations, appointing a Senior Vice
President of Manufacturing, a President APAC and a President Europe to support production scaling and regional
execution.
Our Board was strengthened with additional defense leadership experience, and we formalized a U.S. Strategic
Advisory Group comprised of senior aerospace and defense executives to support strategic engagement, industrial
partnerships and government alignment.
Our team is focused on one objective: advancing programs from qualification to production and sustainment at speed.
OUR ROLE
Titomic is building a production-scale cold spray manufacturing platform positioned inside the U.S. and allied defense
industrial base.
We are building an industrial platform designed to provide manufacturing and sustainment capacity where national
security and critical infrastructure require availability, speed and resilience.
Our focus is execution: expanding deployment across programs already integrating our capability into operational
workflows.
The reindustrialization of allied manufacturing is underway. Titomic intends to be part of that foundation.
On behalf of the Board and management team, we thank our employees, customers, partners and shareholders for
their continued support.
Sincerely,
Executive Chairman
DAG W.R. STRØMME
