TTT has issued 90,000,000 million new fully paid ordinary shares in the Company (Placement Shares) at an issue price of $0.05 per share to sophisticated and professional investors under a share placement raising $4.5 million (before costs) (Placement). Further details of the Placement are contained in the announcement made by the Company on Wednesday, April 24, 2024. The Company gives notice that: a. the Company issued the Placement Shares without disclosure to investors under Part 6D.2 of the Corporations Act; b. this notice is being given under section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act; c. as at the date of this notice the Company has complied with: Wear Resistance Corrosion Protection Conductive Coating Inductive Coating Radiation Shielding i. the provisions of Chapter 2M of the Corporations Act as they apply to the Company; and ii. sections 674 and 674A of the Corporations Act; and d. as at the date of this notice, there is no excluded information of the type referred to in sections 708A(7) and 708A(8) of the Corporations Act that is required to be set out in this notice under section 708A(6)(e) of the Corporations Act.
