Statement from Jim Simpson, CEO & Managing Director of Titomic
"The third quarter of 2026 marks a pivotal step forward in Titomic’s commercial growth and
strategic transformation. Securing over AUD 30 million in new capital and AUD 11.8 million in new
orders since September—including a landmark USD 5.0 million U.S. defense contract—demonstrates
our ability to convert high-value strategic opportunities into contracted revenue as we deliver our
technological advantages in speed, durability and efficient use of critical resources. Our robust
balance sheet and expanding footprint across defense, aerospace, energy, and advanced
manufacturing, alongside our progress toward U.S. redomiciliation, significantly strengthens our
global competitive position.
As major investments in our manufacturing infrastructure are near completion, we are shifting to a
more efficient operating model – realizing AUD 3 million in cost savings - to capitalize on
accelerating demand for Titomic’s unique manufacturing and sustainment capabilities. Our focus
remains firmly on scaling exponential revenue growth and improving operational leverage,
positioning Titomic to achieve cash flow break-even during 2027 as we build long-term shareholder
value."

Cash flows and Financial Position
Titomic advanced its transition from technology-led development to customer-backed industrial
deployment during the September 2026 quarter. Customer cash receipts were AUD 2.6 million (AUD 7.8
million for the nine months ended 30 September 2026), reflecting commercial activity across its global
operations. The Company is focused on converting awarded equipment and manufacturing work into
scheduled deliveries and cash receipts, while progressing qualification-led opportunities in aerospace,
defense, maritime sustainment and industrial applications.
The Appendix 4C shows that Titomic had AUD 18.1 million at the end of September 2026. The August
equity placement raised AUD 16.65 million in new equity. Receipts from customers were AUD 2.6 million
for the quarter, up from AUD 1.5 million in the prior quarter. The Company reconfirms that it anticipates
growth in customer orders and receipts from customers in the fourth quarter of 2026 underpinned by AUD
11.6 million in orders received since the beginning of September and as highlighted within this update.
Cash flows from operations were AUD 10.4 million outflow (compared to AUD 8.3 million outflow in the
prior quarter). Operating cash outflows during the quarter primarily reflected deliberate investments
supporting the Company's transition from technology development to scaled manufacturing operations,
including strategic inventory purchases, commissioning of production equipment, qualification activities,
manufacturing capability expansion, and an increase in corporate activities associated with the proposed
U.S. redomiciliation. The Company invested more than AUD 1.3 million in strategic refractory metal
inventory supporting ongoing defense manufacturing programs. These materials remain in inventory at
quarter end and are expected to support future production activity.
Titomic announced a restructure in October encompassing sales, marketing and production support staff
in Australia, the reduction of select non program related roles in the United States, and reductions in
consultant expenditure across Australia, the United States and Europe. The changes are expected to deliver
AUD 3.0 million in annualised cost savings once implemented. Implementation is expected to be completed
by the end of October. Implementation costs are estimated at AUD 0.6 million, comprising notice payments,
redundancy payments and other associated costs which will be incurred in Q4 2026.
Cash flows from investing activities were AUD 0.7 million outflow (compared to AUD 2.3 million in the prior
quarter). Investing activities, primarily consisting of the purchase of property, plant & equipment, have
slowed as a result of the completion of strategic manufacturing infrastructure at the Huntsville Global
Headquarters and the Company's European manufacturing capability. Further investment in the Company's
global facilities is anticipated in future periods but will be staged-gated to meet demand and customer
payments.
The Company received approval from EXIM in October for a USD 10.3 million (AUD 14.7 million) loan which
is subject to executed loan documentation. The Company anticipates executing loan documentation in the
near term and will be able to initially draw down on the loan for some costs previously incurred. At this
point in time these calculations are yet to be finalised but the Company does anticipate that the initial draw
down will be material.
Based on the current uptick in orders and the pipeline of opportunities ahead the Company reconfirms cash
flow and EBITDA break-even is expected during 2027.
This announcement has been authorized for release by Titomic’s Board of Directors.
